Wordless Wednesday: Sending Out Golden Thanks!

If we're friends on Facebook, you may have seen this already (and if we're not friends on Facebook... why not? Look me up on there!). Anyway, for those of you who haven't seen it - the lovely Sugar the Golden Retriever, with a little help from her mom, made me a video trailer for my new novel, Rescue Me, Maybe!

I was so thrilled that they offered! I sent them the words and the pictures, and they turned it into this:

It's fabulous, isn't it?!

I Golden-Love it! And I get a little teary-eyed when I watch it... especially since those are my two angels in the video. Thank you Thank you Thank you to Sugar and her mom!

While I'm sending out thank yous... I also want to thank Peggy Frezon, whom y'all probably know from Peggy's Pet Place. Peggy is the brains behind the Rescue Me, Maybe title! I wish I could say I came up with it myself, but nope... I had a big long list of (mostly dumb) ideas that I sent to Peggy for some help brainstorming (cuz all I could produce was a little brain drizzle), and she came up with the title.

I know I'm supposed to be wordless today, but I had to say THANK YOU to Sugar, her mom, and Peggy!

  17. excellent video! great job sugar and sugar's mom. what a tragic loss. that really hit home! i saw a photo of the memorial box and that is exactly like my lexi's. I lost Lexi Sept 6. i paused the video dumbstruck. do they make them like that everywhere? then i continued the video and saw she returned to san diego. i live in san diego. so this video was extra touching for me.

  20. What an excellent video - you are so lucky! Reading your book is on my list of "to-do's" that I hope to get to soon - the video certainly inspires me to get cracking. Don't know what happened with the info-graphic, why you couldn't share. I can send you the file if you'd like.
