Our first stop was to say hi to Marley. Isn't he a cutie? (I was there the day his momma found him - he was a stray. Hooray for Marley hitting the Doggy Lotto!)
There was this sweet pea:
And this doll waiting for his mom to stop shopping. (Doesn't he look like a stuffed toy?)
And these 2, who were actually part of a triumvirate of Goldens, all related, who were out for a walk with their pops.
There were these siblings... I forget the puppy's name (Layla maybe?) and her 14-year-old sis, Ember:
And topping Ember's age, there was this super sweet 16-yr-old who never stirred while we shopped:
It wasn't ALL dogs - we also stumbled across this amazing elephant topiary (see his fake tusks?):
Back to the dogs... There was a trio of little cuties:
And this super-cute Doxie named Cadbury:
Of course, back at my sis's house, there was the always-adorable Reggie:
But it wasn't all just meeting and greeting cute dogs. There was also shopping! And I scored 2 great dog-related items. A picture frame - still in the box - for $2...
...and this Home Spa Book for Dogs that was a mere 25 cents! (Hoping for some ideas for potential blog-fodder out of there!)
There were also tasty margs and Mexican food with my sis's afterwards. But the best part of the day was coming home and having a snuggle with this girl, who apparently missed me very much!
Thanks to BlogPaws for hosting Wordless Wednesday!
